杨维科，男，生于1963年12月，青族，1989年毕业于西南师范大学政治系，获法学学士学位，现受聘于该大学育才学院客座教授，主讲《证据法学》。从毕业时起即从事法律服务工作，正规、专业的高等教育和十几年法律服务生涯，锻造了坚实的法学理论功底，铸造了宝贵的经验财富。从事各项法律服务，擅长于大、中型经济项目法律事务策划工作。在民事诉讼事务方面，曾在《现代法学》、《新华内参》、《重庆审判》等刊物上发表过专论。《论地方保护主义的成因及其对策》等文章已被列入政府参事必读文章。
